CANCELLATION POLICIES AND MISSION STATEMENT
1. Cash is requested as method of payment at check-in.
2. Check prepayment required for confirmed tours of: 10+ passengers and/or Private Charters.
4. Visa or MasterCard credit card is required to hold seats and my permission is granted to charge in the event of my “failure to show” status and/or:
(a) cancellations made under 3 days of tour date notice: 1-3 PASSENGERS
(b) cancellations made under 14 days of tour date notice: 4-9 PASSENGERS
(c) any cancellation(s) made for 10+ INCLUDING PRIVATE CHARTERS upon confirmation.
5. Captain Sundown’s mission is to showcase the Na Pali Coastline.
(a) If we cannot operate tours based on Captain’s discretion for safety reasons there is no charge or a refund will be provided if necessary.
(b) Extra activities such as snorkeling (deluxe tour), sailing vs. motoring and fishing may occur. No refunds provided if these activities are precluded for safety reasons.
(c) Captain Sundown operates tours in a remote natural environment settling. Ocean conditions and weather may change unexpectedly while underway. We recommend waterproof jackets and our choice of motion sickness remedies. No refunds are provided if rain or motion sickness occurs.
(d) I agree Na Pali Sailing is a fairly extreme adventure and not suitable for all persons wishing to go. I shall notify Captain Sundown of any/all physical impairment(s) as these may preclude a person for this ride and a full charge for the empty seat(s).
(e) My electronic agreement represents my commitment to obey Captain’s Safety instructions to the best of my ability while on board for the duration of the tour and therefore I (myself) or members of my party shall not hold Captain Sundown Ent. liable/responsible for any injury, loss or death that may occur due to acts of willful disobedience for his instructions.
